Returns

We hope you love your Essentisol pieces, but if for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase you may return for full refund or exchange item within 14 days of delivery. 

• Item(s) must be returned in original packaging and item(s) must be unused.
• Item(s) must be returned with original packing slip or proof of purchase.
• Once item(s)  is received our team will inspect and notify you via email of approval or denial of return request.
• Upon approval you will receive a refund excluding shipping charges to your credit card.
• Credit card refunds take up to 7-10 business days for refund to be processed and reflect on your account.
